Re-Introducing the AWLL Mentorship Scheme in 2026

We are delighted to relaunch the AWLL Mentorship Scheme for 2026! First launched in 2016, the program is built to foster genuine, supportive relationships between members across different stages of their legal careers in London.

Whether you are a law student eager for guidance on navigating work experience or visas, a mid-level associate considering your next steps, work-life balance, or career changes, or a seasoned lawyer ready to pass down some wisdom, there is a place for you in the scheme.

Matches are made thoughtfully based on preferences such as practice area, career goals, time commitments, and communication style. The scheme organisers will then work with you to set expectations and create a plan that aligns with your goals.
